| 1.
Prepare brown gravy according to package directions
and keep warm |
| 2.
In a large pan, saute mushrooms with a tablespoon
of water until wilted. Add the prepared brown gravy
and meatballs to the mushrooms and keep warm. |
| 3.
Cook egg noodles according to package directions,
drain and put into a warm serving bowl |
4.
Stir sour cream into meatball sauce, pour over
noodles and garnish with parsley.
