| 1.
Prepare gravy according to package directions, keep
warm. |
2.
Saute wild mushrooms until wilted. Add red wine
and simmer until liquid is reduced by half. Add
brown gravy to mushrooms and keep warm. |
3.
Heat meatloaf until warm throughout. Toss leeks
in flour and fry in Mazola until crispy. To arrange
each plate, place 1/2 cup of mashed potatoes in
the center of plate and lay 2 meatloaf slices
over potatoes. Spoon 1/4 cup of sauce over meatloaf
and potatoes and top with frizzled leeks.
