Recipe Name: Upscale Meatloaf Dinner

Knorr Classic Brown Gravy Sauce Mix
Wild mushrooms, sliced
Red wine
Buona Vita Meatloaf
Mashed potatoes
Leeks, julienne
Seasoned flour
Mazola Corn Oil

Method  
1. Prepare gravy according to package directions, keep warm.

2. Saute wild mushrooms until wilted. Add red wine and simmer until liquid is reduced by half. Add brown gravy to mushrooms and keep warm.

3. Heat meatloaf until warm throughout. Toss leeks in flour and fry in Mazola until crispy. To arrange each plate, place 1/2 cup of mashed potatoes in the center of plate and lay 2 meatloaf slices over potatoes. Spoon 1/4 cup of sauce over meatloaf and potatoes and top with frizzled leeks.
